Acceptance
By creating an account and using !BBMSG, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a business owner (or aspiring business owner) to register. The community is positioned for male business owners; we reserve the right to verify eligibility.
Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Keep your password secure; one account per person.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass other members, post illegal or grossly inappropriate content, spam, impersonate anyone, infringe intellectual property, or distribute aggressive sales pitches.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant !BBMSG a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the platform while your account exists.
Course content rules
You must own the rights to material you teach. Content must be lawful, accurate, and appropriate for a business community.
Moderation
Admins may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts at their discretion to protect the community.
Termination
You may delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uptime or the accuracy of member-created content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, !BBMSG / SOS Creativity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the platform.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
